Women's Polo
in India

Kridha Foundation is pioneering structured women's polo in India — providing facilities, training, competitive pathways and community for the next generation of Indian polo players.

From Champion to Champion-Maker

After competing with Delta Polo at the highest levels of the Indian polo circuit — winning tournaments and representing women's polo on the national stage — Dr. Aishwarya Paliwal, Trustee of Kridha Foundation, made a deliberate pivot. Having experienced first-hand the barriers women face in what remains a deeply male-dominated sport, she chose to turn her competitive experience into a platform for others. Polo is one of the rare truly unisex sports — played at the same level, by the same rules — yet women remain underrepresented at every tier. Kridha Foundation's polo programme exists to change that.

Training & Development

Structured coaching for beginners through to competitive players — certified polo coaches, horsemanship, fitness conditioning and strategy sessions.

Competitive Pathways

Kridha Polo builds pathways from club-level to national competition, drawing on Dr. Paliwal's experience on the national circuit to create structured opportunities for women players.

Horsemanship & Care

Our Noida facility maintains a stable of polo ponies with full veterinary care, farriery and groom staff. Students develop a deep relationship with their horses alongside technical polo skills.

Community & Enrichment

Kridha Polo creates a community of women who share a passion for equestrian life — weekly practice, clinics, social events and charitable polo days.
